On 26 April, a cultural action “Personality. Book. Time” is held within the framework of the events timed to UNESCO’s World Book and Copyright Day.
It is carried out by the Belarusian Council of libraries for Information Interaction, the National Center of Intellectual Property and the National Library of Belarus.
World Book and Copyright Day, which is annually celebrated in April, promotes the development of book publishing and copyright, as well as makes them more significant in education, culture and science all over the world.
