On December 22, the Fur-tree Toys Museum-factory in the Gallery-Minsk Mall hosted an event, which was held under the motto “We are proud of the Motherland’s things” and was timed to the Year of Native Land.
The event featured a presentation of the book-album “Palace and Park Ensembles of Belarus and the World”, prepared by the National Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Nesvizh”.
Alexander Susha, the deputy director of the National Library of Belarus, presented the facsimile reconstruction of the first book in the world called “Primer” (“Bukvar”), and also congratulated Natalia Zherko, the first deputy director of the Nesvizh Museum-reserve, on the new book’s publication and donated the 400-year-old “Primer” facsimile to the museum.
At the end, the event guests had a master-class in painting Christmas balls for the New Year’s charity event “Our Children”, which is part of the Year of Native Land.
