Employees of the National Library of Belarus, representatives of the primary organization of Belaya Rus Public Association, the primary organization of the Belarusian Women's Union, the primary organization of the BRSM Youth Union laid flowers at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Minsk in memory of all those killed in the terrorist attack that occurred in the Crocus City Hall in the Moscow region.
