The trade marks of the National Library of Belarus

The trade marks of the Official Body “The National Library of Belarus” are registered in the National Center of Intellectual Property and brought into the state register.

The certificate of registration issued on February 4th, 2004.

The validity of trademark registration is extended until February 25th, 2033.

The certificate of registration issued on June 12th, 2008.

The validity of trademark registration is extended until June 12th, 2028.

According to the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On trade marks and service marks” from 2/5/1993 2181-XII, the registered trade marks are the property of the owner and their right protection is provided with the state and the international legal certificates.
