On 14 June, a presentation of Alyes Korlyukevich’s book “And I Shall Give Vent to the Dreams: The Literary Map of Pukhovichy District” took place at the gallery “Labyrinth”.
The event was arranged by the publishing house “P. Brovka Belarusian Encyclopedia” and the National Library of Belarus.
The book is a literary regional study of one of Minsk districts – Pukhovichy District. Many Belarusian literary figures such as Mikhas Charot, Aleksandr Yelsky and others were born in Pukhovichy District. The author acquaints the reader with literary spots of his native region.

Brovka Belarusian Encyclopedia” Tatiana Belova; Director of the National Library of Belarus Roman Motulsky; Editor-in-Chief of the newspaper “Litararuta I Mastatstva”, writer Alyes Korlyukevich; Head of the Section of Scientific Use of Documents of the Department of Archives and Record Keeping at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Kruk; Editor-in-Chief of the publishing house “P. Brovka Byelorusskaya Encyklopedia” Larissa Yazykovich; Editor-in-Chief of the magazine “Polymya” Nicolay Metlitsky; writer, historian and member of the Union of Writers of Belarus Natalia Golubeva and others.
Within the framework of the event, Director of publishing house “P. Brovka Byelorusskaya Encyklopedia” Tatiana Belova and author Alyes Korlyukevich presented as a gift to the Library the book “And I Shall Give Vent to the Dreams: The Literary Map of Pukhovichy District” with the writer’s autograph.
