From October 19, 2008, to November 3, 2008, in Beijing (China) took place an international training seminar on technological innovations for small-scale and middle scientific and technical enterprises. V.I. Brichkovsky, the expert of National Library of Belarus, took part in the work of the seminar
During the seminar were examined the following subjects:
- technologies of the developing of electronic libraries for innovative enterprises;
- methods of technological supply of electronic libraries based on Web technologies;
- information user service based on portal technologies;
- information service of users involved into innovative activity;
- information library-based services for transfer of technologies.
