On January 22, 2009, in the framework of an official visit to the Republic of Belarus Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Prime minister of the Republic of Belarus Sergey Sidorsky visited National Library of Belarus.
During the Library tour Director of the NLB Roman Motulsky acquainted the guests with the history and resources of the Library and peculiarities of its design and architecture.
In the Museum of a Book Rustam Minnikhanov wrote a memorable entry to the Guests of Honor’s Book.
