On September 7, our employees donated about 200 editions of modern and classical fiction, medical literature and works of historical genre to the library of the City boarding house for veterans of war and labor "Svitanak".
The donation of books became part of the charity event "The book is a source of wisdom, knowledge and science...", which takes place throughout the year 2017 as part of the national celebration of the 500th anniversary of Belarusian book printing.
Well-known domestic publishing houses: "Belarus", "Mastackaya Litaratura", "Law and Economics", "Popurri", "Vladimir Grevtsov’s agency", as well as companies Krasiko-print, "Tregross-Info", "MobilBook", "MET", "BookLineGroup", "Eureka-M", "Academic Book", "Belkniga" and private donators participate in the collection of books for the campaign.
Residents of the boarding house expressed their sincere gratitude to the staff of the National Library of Belarus for their assistance in replenishing the library’s fund.
