On 20 March, at the National Library of Belarus there was a delivery ceremony of a collection of books by Ecuadorian authors.
The event was held within the framework of the visit of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Ecuador in Russia (and Belarus pluralistically) Patricio Alberto Chavez Zavala to the Republic of Belarus.
Mr. Chavez Zavala expressed his appreciation to Director of the National Library of Belarus Roman Motulsky and presented to the National Library of Belarus a collection of books on history, culture and traditions of the Republic of Ecuador.
The solemn ceremony has become an important step towards the further rapprochement and strengthening of the traditional friendly relationship between the Belarusian and the Ecuadorian peoples and the development of the cultural cooperation between the countries.
