Virtual center on the activities of international organizations

“Public information”: a virtual center on the activities of international organizations is an information resource of the National Library of Belarus (NLB). Its purpose is the provision of free and equal access to information on activities of international organizations and their documents, and also the advancement of traditional user service through Internet technologies.

The major tasks of the center are:

• provision of current information about NLB resources on activities of international organizations;
• provision of information about major Internet resources of international organizations;
• provision of information about the activities of international organizations;
• provision of open access to documents of international organizations;
• popularization of documents of international organizations.
