"Art-Minsk by Margarita Manis" takes place within the framework of the art festival "Art-Minsk 2023". The largest annual art event in Belarus has been organized at the library for the sixth time. The large-scale festival of fine arts is again dedicated to a single goal – to beautify the cultural life of your beloved city, to rethink its everyday life creatively, to give the citizens and guests of the city the pleasure of art.

The exhibition features the picturesque urban landscapes created by the Belarusian artist Margarita Manis. The main theme of her work is the city of Minsk. At the exhibition you will see the centre of the capital, the beloved Trinity Suburb, the snow-dusted Yanka Kupala Park and Independence Avenue, the "towers of Minsk", the streets squeezed by the houses near Bangalore Square, the bustling traffic and the deserted night October Square. Each landscape composition is made in its own way, with attention to nuances, mood, details, while preserving the special, characteristic atmosphere of this particular space and moment.

The artist always strives to reveal the individuality of the city, to convey its unique atmosphere. The city in the prism of Margarita's perception is not at a distance from the viewer, but next to him – by taking a step, you can, as it were, find yourself on a picturesque avenue, touch the balustrades, step into the alley of the park. This is the special magic of Margarita Manis' works: the visitor not only looks at the canvas, he seems to become a part of it.

Margarita Manis can be called a personal portrait painter of our capital. She is inspired by the city centre and its outskirts, areas with a long history and new buildings. The artist is happy that the capital is being built and expanded. New buildings add to our capital charm and personality.

Some peculiar features and secrets, native to the citizens and dear to the guests of Minsk are waiting for the audience on the 22nd floor, in the “Panorama” gallery.

The exhibition will last until October 3, 2023.
The completion date of its work can be changed.

A visit to the exposition is included in the cost of the observation deck visit.
The working hours of the exhibition correspond to the observation deck  working hours.
