On 30 January, at 4 a.m., a literary event "Great talent, great work, great heart" will be held in the gallery Labyrinth (3rd floor).


The event is held as part of the opening of a book-illustrative exhibition dedicated to the winners of the award "For Spiritual Revival" and of the Special Prize of the President of the Republic of Belarus in the field of culture and art in 2013.

To emphasize the social significance of the event and congratulate all those who contribute to the noble cause of strengthening spiritual values, moral traditions and ideas of philanthropy and charity, the National Library of Belarus annually organizes a book-illustrative exhibition and conducts literary and creative event "Great talent, great work, great heart "with the laureates "For Spiritual Revival" and the Special Prize of the President of the Republic of Belarus in the field of culture and art.

This year, the exhibition will feature a variety of materials from various library collections all winners who glorify its Belarus by their art and fruitful work. It is books, visual materials, periodicals.

After the event, the exhibition dedicated to winners will be placed on the circular corridor on the second floor of the Library where it can be visited from 4 February to 3 March, 2014.

On April 24, 2024, at the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Rumyantsev Readings-2024" in Moscow, Olga Polunchenko, chief bibliographer of the Department of reference and Information Services, presented a report "The role of Adam Shanyavsky in organizing the library fund of the Nesvizh County School (the last quarter of the XVIII century)."
