On the occasion of the opening of the exhibition "Italiae. From the Alinari Brothers to the Masters of Modern Photography", a preview of the exhibition was held with the participation of Mr Mario Baldi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Italian Republic in the Republic of Belarus and Mr Raman Matulski, Director General of the National Library of Belarus.

The opening of a photo exhibition "Birds of Paliessie" took place in the "Panarama" Gallery on May 19. The exhibition has been organized as part of the project "Paliessie – Wildlife Without Boundaries", which aims to preserve the wild environment of one of the largest natural landscapes in Europe.
