The National Library of Belarus carries on the series of anniversary book exhibitions dedicated to lives and careers of the outstanding masters of writing.
In the third quarter, we offer to our readers and visitors the expositions as follow:
- "The taste of triumph": to the 210th anniversary from the birth of French writer Alexandre Dumas (1802–1870);
- "I just write life…": to the 100th anniversary from the birth of Brazilian writer Jorge Amado (1912–2001);
- "Who called himself О. Henry": to the 150th anniversary from the birth of American writer William Sidney Porter (О. Henry) (1862–1910).
The exhibitions are located in the circular hall on the third floor.
The offered expositions will be interesting to a broad range of readers, and first of all – connoisseurs of literature.
The complete lists of literature displayed at the offered anniversary exhibitions are available in reading rooms. Visitors can read them on any user workbench.
