The National Library has received an electronic collection of works by Belarusian authors in the Uzbek language

Kabiljon Sabirov, the Director of the People's Diplomacy Center of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, presented an electronic collection of writings by Belarusian authors from the holdings of the National Library of Uzbekistan named after Alisher Navoi to the National Library of Belarus on November 28 at the House of Friendship as part of the round table "Uzbekistan - Belarus: Time-tested friendship".

Meeting of the Republican Library Council

On November 23, the library hosted a meeting of the Republican Library Council. The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus, the National Library of Belarus, more than 130 heads of regional and central district and city libraries.

Round table online with the State Library of Ugra

Modernity and the future of the Earth's population

From July 2 to August 5, in the documents of international rganizations of the National Library of Belarus (2nd floor, room 207g), a thematic book exhibition "Modernity and the future of the Earth's Population" takes place. The exhibition is dedicated to World Population Day, the 75th anniversary of the formation of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the 30th the anniversary of cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and UNFPA .
