On March 18, 2009, in National Library of Belarus took place a meeting of Minister of Economy of the Republic of Belarus N.P. Zaychenko and Minister of Economy of Armenia N.G. Eritsyan.
In the National Library of Belarus’ Round hall was held the regular meeting of the Intergovernmental Belarusian-Armenian Commission on trade and economic cooperation. Trade and economic cooperation in the field of industry, agriculture, public health and pharmaceutics, innovations, sport and tourism, and other issues were examined at the meeting.
After the meeting the guests made a Library tour during which they were acquainted with the architecture of the NLB’s building, the Library’s activities, user service, information resources and a unique collection of rarities. In the Museum of a Book Minster of Economy of Armenia N.G. Eritsyan wrote an entry to the Guests of Honor’s Book.
The meeting of the Ministers was held in the framework of an official visit of the Armenian governmental delegation to the Republic of Belarus.
