During the New Year holidays, the National Library of Belarus will work in the following way:

- December 31, 2023 – sanitary day (the library is closed)
During the New Year holidays, the Observation Deck will work in the following way:
- December 21 – 30, 2023 is open from 11:00 to 23:00 (last elevator rise at 22:30)
- December 29 to 15.00 elevator ride only to the 22nd floor
- December 31, 2023 is a sanitary day, the observation deck is not working
- January 1, 2024 is open from 14:00 to 23:00 (last elevator rise at 22:30)
- January 2 – 7, 2024 is open from 11:00 to 23:00 (last elevator rise at 22:30)
- December 21,22, 2023 is open from 09:00 to 22:00
- December 23 – 25, 2023 is open from 10:00 to 21:00
- December 26 – 29, 2023 is open from 09:00 to 22:00
- December 30 – 31, 2023 is open from 10:00 to 21:00
- January 1, 2, 7, 2024 is open from 10:00 to 21:00
