On the eve of the tragic date of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, the staff of the Excursion and Methodological Work Department conducted a series of on-site virtual excursions from the cycle "The Outstanding Names of the Motherland" on the topic "We remember your pain and losses, Belarus..." for the pupils of the Bryhantsina recreation camp.

On June 1, Mr Anatol Markievich, Minister of Culture of the Republic of Belarus, introduced a new Director General of the National Library of Belarus, Ms Aksana Knizhnikava to the staff. She replaced Mr Raman Matulski, who headed the Library since 2003, in this position.

The exhibition is dedicated to World Population Day, the 75th anniversary of the formation of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the 30th the anniversary of cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and UNFPA .
