Situational assistance

The National Library of Belarus provides situational assistance to visitors with disabilities who are unable to navigate and move independently when visiting the library's reading rooms and socio-cultural events.

To receive situational assistance, it is important to agree in advance on the date and time of the visit, the nature and scope of the necessary assistance, and provide contact information by phone (8 017) 368 37 37 or e-mail info@nlb.by.
